Quelques mots sur moi….<\/h2>\n

Pour commencer, je vais faire un petit retour en arri\u00e8re\u2026 car c’est notre exp\u00e9rience de vie qui fait de nous ce que nous sommes aujourd’hui. Et, comme certains l’ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait avant moi, j’ai pris un virage \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s !<\/p>\n

Vingt-deux ans dans la grande distribution en tant que manager de rayon m\u2019ont permis de comprendre l\u2019importance de savoir contr\u00f4ler ses \u00e9motions pour mieux g\u00e9rer le stress du m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 la naissance de ma fille, j’ai suivi des formations de massages pour b\u00e9b\u00e9s, afin de l’apaiser avec des huiles essentielles. Lui apporter du bien-\u00eatre a renforc\u00e9 ma conviction de vouloir en faire davantage. Et surtout, j\u2019aspirais \u00e9galement \u00e0 plus de s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Les cadences, les objectifs \u00e0 atteindre, la pression de ma hi\u00e9rarchie devenaient de plus en plus pesants, je ne m\u2019y retrouvais plus. Souhaitant partager l\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue aupr\u00e8s de ma fille, j\u2019ai eu envie d\u2019en faire mon m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n

Je voulais v\u00e9ritablement aller vers un m\u00e9tier o\u00f9 la patience, l\u2019\u00e9coute et l\u2019empathie ne sont pas que des mots.<\/p>\n

La Sophrologie peut apporter du bien \u00eatre aux enfants, les aider \u00e0 avancer dans la vie avec moins de stress et les aider \u00e0 surmonter certaines p\u00e9riodes difficiles comme la crise sanitaire qui les a affect\u00e9 bien plus qu\u2019on ne le pense.<\/strong><\/p>\n

D\u00e8s lors, plus aucun doute pour moi, je me suis lanc\u00e9e. Pour cette reconversion professionnelle, je me suis form\u00e9e sur les huiles essentielles, j’ai re\u00e7u une certification et j’ai suivi ma formation \u00e0 l’IFS en 2021.\n\nMa formation de sophrologue achev\u00e9e, il me manquait encore quelque chose.
